Fashion-Era.com
January 19th, 2007 by GrandmaBettyIn my daily travels through the world of Cyberspace searching for interesting and timely sites…once in a rare while I come across a website that is exceptional in quality and content. Fashion-Era.com(www.fashion-era.com) is just that site and much more. There are over 619 pages of detailed and interesting information about the history of fashion and costumes up to and including the very latest in fashion and trends. The site also includes lots of helpful wardrobe tips, accessorizing ideas, a fashion forum, etc.
After spending a great deal of quality time enjoying the many categories on the site I clicked on the ‘Site Map’ to read about
the very talented creators of the website: Pauline Weston Thomas and her husband Guy Thomas from the United Kingdom. The story of how they created the site, the extensive research they put into it’s development, and their personal bios were a most uplifting and inspirational read.
Now…as if that’s not enough to get excited about in one day…. On Fashion-Era I clicked on two other interesting and timely sites that Guy created. One is ComputerPerformance.com (www.computerperformance.co.uk) a site “for everyone interested in getting the best from a computer or who requires training in new Microsoft products.” It’s got great information and helpful suggestions for anyone using a computer. Guy’s other site, Guy-Sports.com - ‘Will and Guy’s Jokes, Short Stories and Funny Pictures’ (www.guy-sports.com) was developed with partner Will Baker. It’s a fun website of funny jokes, stories and illustrated humour on many topics. So, in conclusion …If you enjoy fashion and the world of fashion, if you want to know more about your computer or the latest computer innovations, or if you just want to have some good ole’ clean fun and laughs I highly recommend:
Fashion-Era.com
ComputerPerformance.co.uk

Hi Betty!
It is fun to find you in the blogosphere. I think we started 2young2retire.com just after you began Grandma Betty. We’ll be 9 years old in March 2007. Wow, what a ride!
